I would like to see the application to be able to show a grid or fan display of the MSOffice applications, instead of just the list option. |

Probably you downloaded the correct version, but maybe you had your old version in a different place, which is still connected to your dock icon. Instead of lunching the LCC from your dock, delete the dock icon and open up the new app from the folder where you downloaded it from. |

For all of you having trouble to run this update and getting grey hairs as a result, it might pay off to refer to this web page, it might solve your problems... http://www.macfixit.com/article.php?story=20080514094814989 Personally what worked for me was a combination of steps outlined here, and after fixing permissions and rebuilding launch services with Onyx, restarting the computer. P.S. I'm sure Microsoft really didn't have their act together on this one, I hope they will. I'm glad though I don't have a Windows machine. |

For some reason GCal.app has stopped functioning for me. (I'm using MacOS 10.5.2) Google Calendar no longer appears...just a white page. There must be some change in the way Google can be accessed...the same thing happened when I tried to use Hana as well. A good solution I found to be Mozilla Prism (http://wiki.mozilla.org/WebRunner ) The download can be found 2/3 down the page. This app is still under development, but great to use already... it can create shortcuts for any web-application in your dock with any icon, which will act just like a normal application. You can choose whether you or not you want to see the navigation bar, se status messages or enable navigation keys. For me this is so far the best I found regarding web-applications...and for free! |

By the sound of your message your are not Japanese. Update 13.0.3 is useful only for Japanese users since it only addresses issues of the Japanese version. Perhaps if you switch to a Japanese version, then Adobe will update it for you. If you are not Japanese, then according to Adobe you are better off with 13.0.2. Trust me, those folks aren't so stupid. |

If you want to change replace the default icons with the glass icons, then you may look at this page: http://www.usingmac.com/2008/2/2/leopard-change-default-icon Otherwise if you want to change just specific icons: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080206180742AA9g3LW I hope this will help you. |

I bought The Tube recently and comparing it to the Eye TV of a friend, I was disappointed. There are not as many channels and the reception is not as good. Although EyeTV costs more than twice the price of the Tube, both the Eye TV hardware and software are well worth it. For me the Tube still has too many bugs,(I'm using OSX 10.5.2) such as registering each channel twice during the search, errors in deleting unneeded channels, insufficient signal strength. I'm happy that the developers agree that software and hardware need more work though, and are still in their fledgeling stages. Good luck! If you are satifisfied with only a basic product, without a lot of channels, for less money then this may be for you. |

I guess it takes that long with any video conversion utility on a G4. On my MacBokPro a 800MB video doesn't take very long. I don't think its necessary to rate it low just because your system is slow. For me, it is the best video conversion utility on the market now. I use it a lot. |

I found that with this Version 1.0.8 my finder crashes when I control click on a volume from a disk image. I deleted the ClamXavCM.plugin from my ~/Library/ContextualMenuItems/ folder and the problem was solved. Is it possible to get a new version of this file? |

I am still very disappointed that Quicktime does not support playing DVDs yet, like VLC does. I find the Apple DVD player outdated and useless after changing the region code 5 times. Was the region code system not abolished in the late 1990's? I travel a lot and now after only a short time, needing to change the region codes 5 times, I have to depend on VLC to play my DVDs, which come from various countries. Why does Apple still have to follow such outdated codes when everyone else doesn't ? I suggest Apple should concentrate on one media player that does everything-- Quicktime, DVD Player, Front Row -- all should be one application--region free. Wasn't Apple able to think of such a thing yet ? Most surprisingly not. If any legal problems would arise out of this, I'm sure Apple's legal department could take care. |

This version 2.6.0.151 I cannot log into my account anymore. It just gets stuck. As well the process of confirm application change (securityd) takes up 780 MB of my memory and because of this can last up to 10 minutes to update my keychain items. I really don't know what to do to get skype running here. |

google picasa seems for me to be really far superior to flickr for keeping your photo albums on the web. An exporter to picasa for iPhoto can be downloaded as well. And all that for free. All you need is a google account. |

This program according to my opinion for many years does things better than any other. A lot of expertise has gone into this great free little program. If you bother to read the notice at the startup of Onyx you will see that it is normal for your machine to appear to freeze temporarily while checking the startup disk. I would invite you to consider the virtues of awareness, patience and persistence, and before passing a judgement like yours, kindly try to get the advice of someone who knows more about Macs than you do. I wish you good luck in your future Mac experience. |

Great application. Keep up the good work! What would really make this perfect is when you could cmd-tab switch from one application window to another, which are located on various desktops. Is this possible? |

I have been a happy user of Speed Download for years, but this last update (version 4.1.10) crashes my MacBook Pro. When the Confirm application dialog box comes up my whole system freezes, which has never happened before with any application. Even if I don't download anything this dialog box comes out of nowhere and freezez my whole system, forcing me to uninstall the application. Bye-bye for now until the next update. |

Thank you for the code. There was a mix-up in the Spam filter. Still. the registration is quite complicated. Otherwise a nice little widget. |

I tried menu Temperature on my Mac Book Pro (10.4.5). After installation always at startup an annoying AuthHelper message came at startup (at first I did not know which program it came from), where I had to enter my password. After upgrading to Tiger 10.4.7, if I entered my password, then the system slowed to almost a standstill, making it impossible to work on my machine. If I cancelled the AuthHelper message without entering the password, my system worked perfectly. I urgently suggest you should get rid of this useless AuthHelper application. |
