TomTom HOME	May 17 2009	MADNIL Since the version 2.6.x I had trouble with TomTom Home: The program always crashed when I tried to update my 920. I found that this was caused by a preference entry: The backup directory was on a network drive (volume). As soon as I changed it to the local harddisk it worked again. Hope this helps other people with the same problem. (Version 2.6.3.313)		+2

JOOLS912 THANK YOU!

I have been unable to use this software for about 6 months until I read your comment. My TOMTOM Files were on a different hard disk partition, and it would crash without fail everytime it read from the device.

Following your advice, I set the TOMTOM Files back to the boot partition, and now it's working perfectly again.

PIANOMANSAM This app is coded in AppleScript. AppleScript has no way of playing sounds internally. Play Sound gives AppleScript this ability. If the end user doesn't have Play Sound, I can code it differently to still run. If anyone has any bugs to report or features to request, please submit them on my sourceforge site. Thanks.
