MACZERO  May you share with us which one are you using? So that we can move to that brand?

MACZERO  This company doesn't have and doesn't care the commitment to customer. They lied repeated for the release day. Change another new password software ASAP, everyone!

MACZERO  Yap, me too. I was told by the xhead support that the Final Release 2.0 should be released on 13 Nov. However, still no luck. I haven't seen the update to their site. Definitely, this software has been abandoned since Snow Leopard. If the developer is "unable" to update this software, I would prefer they will post the message "discontinue" on their web so that people no need to wait for updates. I have been waiting for 3 months after upgrading to Snow Leopard. Today, I decide a turn and forsake this software, moving to other password software. It will not have a update hereafter, ever!

MACZERO  Is it a joke? The 11.5.2 version requires the Safari runs in 32-bit mode? What's wrong with it, Snow Leopard is now running 64-bit native! I uninstalled immediately upon installation. crazy application. It just doesn't make sense.

MACZERO  We wonder this company has abandoned the development for Snow Leopard. It has been almost 8 weeks after Snow Leopard released. And it has no updates for Snow Leopard. Buying this application is insane because it only supports to 10.5 Leopard only. Who else would buy this application today?! Crap and junk!

XHEAD SUPPORT  We have not abandoned development for Snow Leopard. A fully functional version for Snow Leopard is scheduled to be released early next week.

A simple email to us would have verified this fact. In the future, please check with us before posting a comment that is completely and utterly unfounded.

EGN  Perhaps a note on your website or a blog letting us know the release date and progress would keep all who are greatly affected by this delay informed. I enquired some time ago and was informed that it would be out "in a couple of weeks" but that did not happen. I am very much affected and no, the temporary solution will not do because I get tons of things to put into info.xhead every day. I have already had to move to MyApps to put my new software purchase info and serials there. This should have come out long ago. I am guessing you may loose clients (if not already).

STEVE40  With regards to a fully functional (even beta) version for SL - "early next week" has now long passed without the promised release or any further information. I REALLY like this app, but I'm on the verge of moving on - just too much stuff being scribbled on paper while I wait and wait and wait! Too bad.

I hope the developer understands that once we switch, it's unlikely we will return, fearing another bad experience in the future.

MACZERO  2.0 doesn't work. It enforced you to create a password during setting up a file. But the secret file could never been opened with your saved password. This application is junk and crap. Downloading it is just wasting you time. I trashed it immediately.
