LIDADOR The demo version can only open 2000 games in a database. Can the payed version open more, lets say 8000 or 12000 games? Manual says it have no limit in database size and site don't mention this restriction in the demo version. so? (Version 3.0)
LIDADOR In recent e-mail, developer says he will give me a $30 refund. This closes the question. Now, lets play with Booxter 2.0.1 The new CD Audio archive is great. Thanks to the developer and to MacUpdate! (Version 2.0.1)
LIDADOR Developer answered my e-mail. This version 2.0.1 solved my upgrade troubles. This version is a great upgrade from version 1.9.1 I must say. Only remains the question that I payed full price and not an upgrade... on account of this, probably I will ask developer a free one on next billed upgrade. So far so good. At this point I recommend upgrade, but be carefull not to pay the full price. (Version 2.0.1)
LIDADOR I received to code to register version 2 but at this point it is useless to me since even registered it can't open or import the file I work with. Its a big file 7,6 Mega, I work with it and so. I have to downgrade and, for now, wait. (Version 2.0)
LIDADOR This is a warning advise for up-graders. Don't be fast upgrading.
I used my code for upgrade and even so payed the FULL price. Much worst, new version can't open or import my previous version from Booxter 1.9.1
Sent them already an e-mail but I am still waiting for an answer. I will reposr later if some news arrive. For the first time it happens with me, I am very upset. (Version 2.0)
HERVé 5 I upgraded this morning with the real rebate when I understood you have to remove the trailing comma in the rebate coupon URL, otherwise it is not accounted for (but this is visible, since on the last page before buying you indeed are told you are about to pay the full price -this is where I stopped, got back, and tried the url without comma).
I suggest you contact the developers but since I see the upgrade was posted this morning at 4am, they must be sleeping by now ;-)
OTOH: did you receive the corresponding code? I didn't yet... (Version 2.0)
LIDADOR Just downloaded Bean to read a .doc file a student sent me. File probably made in Word for Windows, crashed my Word 2004 for Mac many times, first claiming that the file had macros and then freezing Word, claiming it was a corrupt file. Maybe it was, but I still could read it with Bean, not risking getting Word macro virus or so. Bean developers are the best. (Version 0.9.3b)
LIDADOR Switched to GyazMail some weeks ago. Before I used popMonitor + Entourage; both applications were not intel optimised and I got tired of having to use two applications just to read (and burn) email.
Now I am very happy with GyazMail, it have all the features Musashi was promising (I registered it some 4 years ago) but never achieved. (Version 1.5.4)
