LECODER  Have the exact same issue. But Joe has been been helping over the past few days but it's still not resolved.

HDRASIN  Tech support finally got back to me and sent me a "test" program that seems to work ok. I have not worked out all my questions with them yet, though.You might email them direct now that their email is working again.
