LDANDERSEN  Just a note from the developer to let everyone know that with the release of PodWorks 2.9, PodWorks development is back on track and I believe all of the outstanding issues mentioned below have been resolved. I promise PodWorks won't go a year and a half without an update again, and I'm very much looking forward to "thinking outside the box" a bit with PodWorks 3.0 now. Thanks for your patience and continuing support--I look forward to serving your iPod management needs for a long time :-).

BUZZ ANDERSEN  Hmm, thanks "Anonymous" (I think I have a good idea who you are anyway). Gotta love someone who's willing to stand by their wildly inaccurate public criticisms.

There is a known crash that sometimes occurs with the latest version, but I've not been able to isolate it yet because I can't reproduce it. Regardless of that, PodWorks *never* writes to your iPod database, and therefore couldn't possibly be doing anything to damage it.

I'm looking into the problem and should have a fix soon.

BUZZ ANDERSEN  That's because someone submitted this before I had a chance to do it myself and include a description of the change. It's in there now--there was basically one change, and it was a mundane fix for an old bug that I accidentally reintroduced.
