SRS iWOW	Feb 8 2007	KGPAT iWow installed the very first time I ran it but hasn't shown up at all after that. Version 1.1.6 does at least show an error code (5602) and tells me that it can't install the menu item but I have no idea what that means or how to fix it. All email I have sent to the developer has gone unanswered. It sounded great the only time it actually ran and that got me to pay the $20 fee, now I'm thinking I wasted my money. (Version 1.1.6)		0

iTunes Library Manager	Oct 16 2006	KGPAT If my emails were lost in the black hole of the internet then I no doubt owe the deverloper an apology. He did email me back yesterday and a fix was posted today. After using the update I no longer have the errors I was reporting. Everything was fixed asap. Continued fine job and I retract my previous comments. (Version 5.0.2)		0

iTunes Library Manager	Oct 14 2006	KGPAT I Gave a glowing review earlier to the developer for his response to my problems. With this new version I have emailed him 5 times with a problem and never received a response. I must now warn people to avoid this software because the developer dosen't seem to care about the problems users have. By the way, you must pay (again) for the new version. (Version 5.0.1)		+1

DOUG ADAMS I am normally quite diligent with email responsiveness. Regrettably, and for whatever reason, I did not receive four of the five emails this reviewer sent. The fixes in the most recent update (5.0.2) are the result of expedient replies to several users who emailed me their problems. Without their patient help with trouble-shooting and beta-testing, I never would have been able to replicate and eventually fix the errors they cited.

iTunes Library Manager	Apr 18 2006	KGPAT The developer of this app is great. I was one with a "Bad file name" error. When I let him know about it he went about working with me to fix it right away. His emails to me were quick and his response has been great. This is the perfect reason to support shareware. (Version 4.3.1)		0

SimpleChord	Mar 15 2006	KGPAT I like the software and found myself using it, so I purchased a registration on March 10th. I waited and waited for the code to be sent, then I figured it's the weekend so I'll give it a couple of days. Now it's March 15 and I still don't have my code. I have emailed the developer twice with no response. Maybe thru MacUpdate I can get a response. (Version 3.3)		0

NUTTDAN Hi Kevin,

I recieved your registration, and several times I tried to email it to you, and it bounced, so I had no way of contacting you. You wrote in from another address, so I sent off an appology and a registration there, thinking all was well. Evidently it wasn't recieved -- some block or filter somewhere. So now I'm emailing you from every address I can find.

Please contact me by some means if you still haven't gotten it. If there's an AIM screenname or phone number I can contact you at, that works too.

By god, there's *gotta* be some way to get this guy his serial :-).
