Cyberduck is great: nice clean yet polished interface, straightforward bookmarking, drag & drop browsing and transfer, logical queuing, perfectly stable, and the always-welcome OSX app package (read: no installation at all). This was everything I used transmit for, without the up front cost (donations are of course encouraged). In short, this is why I love the internet.
