Have you read the message before the verification?

It's also writed in the OnyX Help:

During the verification, the Finder may act slow or become unresponsive, the spinning pinwheel may appear, or your computer could appear to stop responding (freeze). It's normal, please Wait!

The Missing Sync for Palm OS	Feb 28 2004	ANONYMOUS Missing Sync has been awesome. I've owned two different CLIE's, N710 and now TH55. It has worked flawlessly, I've been able to do all of the things that are only offered on the PC, i.e. mounting the CLIE on the desktop, sending pictures and music. It is a must have if you own one of the "pretty" Sony Clie. (Version 3.0.9)		0
