JPLW  In fact, the user who complained that I do not support did indeed correspond with me multiple times, and I fixed problems he was having. However, I have no record of his payment, nor does my payment processor, nor does the user. There is no evidence that he paid.

JPLW  Liudger, There is already a preference to match descriptions the way you suggest: look in the "Banking/Credt Card" tab and choose "Match Description With CONTAINS instead of STARTS WITH".
