JOSHEWAH  I would like to see manual editing of metadata, and maybe an overall editing mode so we can clean up formatting a bit. Sometimes the line breaks mess up kindle format too and it makes it hard to read on the device. I also wish it could do chm, which from what I have seen is just html files bundled into a container

Other than that this app is quite handy and is the only one on OSX to export to kindle format since we don't have mobipocket creator.

JOSHEWAH  This uses more virtual memory than Safari, and all I want it to do is sit in the background and upload the tracks I am listening to.

Palm Desktop

JOSHEWAH  This app still works, and with the isync conduits enabled I can sync with ical... However, this is the only application still life on my system that is PPC only. No wonder Palm is doing so badly. They can't update their own OS, and they can't update their software.

JOSHEWAH  This seriously needs to be updated or open sourced. This problem works well, and doesn't give me headaches to look at (or use) like some other tag editors

JOSHEWAH  Can't tell if its sending my tracks or not.

Don't see an option to manually send them.

Don't see an option to turn off the notifications.

They added more features but theres less options.

Why do I have to have this app running all the time, can't I just run an app and it sends the info to the server?

Plus, its not a "plugin" for itunes because it doesn't integrate with itunes at all. I would rather have it add an extra menu or menu item to itunes and start when itunes starts.

GLOBETROTTERDK  Yes, please. It would be nicer if iScrobbler were integrated into iTunes.

JOSHEWAH  This looks pretty nice, I just wish it had support for scanners such as those made by GRE or Uniden.

There aren't any good scanning apps for OSX.

DOGPARK  As you can see from our home page we write Macintosh software for Amateur radio not scanner enthusiasts.

MacLoggerDX will work with over a hundred Amateur radio transceivers and some HF receivers.

You should probably ask Uniden why they don't provide Mac software for the BCD996T since they do provide free PC Control/Programming software for it.

JOSHEWAH  This isn't a plugin. I wish they would stop calling it a plugin. I want a real plugin that loads when itunes loads and does all this crap in the background. I don't want a menu item or program running in the background all the time. Silly.

JOSHEWAH  I like this app a lot. I wish that flash and audio/video wouldn't reload every time I switched tabs though. If I am checking out a song from a blog in a tab and go back to read feeds while it plays it cuts it off and starts downloading again when I go back to it.

TomTom HOME
Dec 15 2007
**...

JOSHEWAH  I just got a v3 TomTom ONE, and this software is a year old but the only available software. At first I got a white screen when plugging it in, so I reset the unit with the button on the bottom. Now the unit mounts in finder and the HOME software can see the unit, but it detects it as the wrong model! The USB ID even says TomTom ONE, but the software keeps saying GO and telling me to install an update for the GO (which would probably break it). At least I can manually go in and add voices etc. but not being able to update to the latest software is a major drawback. I am going to have to install windows on VMWare to sync this thing.
