JOKER84 This is an amazing little addition to my work environment. There should be something like this native on OS X! (Version 1.6)

JOKER84 At around noon ET, I downloaded the image from MacUpdate and it mounted just fine. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I'll only upload from home from now on. (Version 2.1)

JOKER84 As of noon ET, I have successfully downloaded the image from MacUpdate and it mounted just fine. Sorry for the delay, in the future I will only upload updates from my house. (Version 2.1)

JOKER84 Odd. Again, I'll resubmit the image, but it mounts fine on this end and I checked it before uploading. However, I have the same idea about the uploading issues that I did last time - my internet here is patchy to say the least and bandwidth is a valuable commodity. Last time, when uploading from home, it worked. I hope the same is true this time as well. (Version 2.1)

JOKER84 Tiger or Leopard? I have a theory about that as well...I think I will resubmit the image anyway. (Version 2.0)

JOKER84 Are you already in Show All items mode on your computer? Houdini shows a different option based on the current state of the computer. So if it's working properly, that's supposed to mean your computer is already in Show All mode. Try using the Hide All option and then relaunching the program. I'll also have a look and see if I can find the problem. (Version 1.7)

JOKER84 If you go to the level AFTER the one you are stuck on, and move your mouse to the far, far bottom-right hand corner of the Marble Blast window and click, it will unlock that level for you. A handy tip, but unfortunately you have to go one level at a time. (Version 1.3.1)

JOKER84 OK, to do it manually, just type this into the terminal: defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE This will reveal all hidden files in your system, including the ones that were hidden and you can't recover. To re-hide the files, type this in: defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE This application just does that automatically, plus adds handy things like the create, open, and delete features. (Version 1.7)

JOKER84 No, the latest version of the application. That error message is exactly like the one from version 1.6, which we fixed. I'll check it out though. (Version 1.7)

JOKER84 Are you running the latest version? I see no problem in the app and no reason for there to be a problem in the code...and you're running Leopard, right? (Version 1.7)

JOKER84 Now that the compatibility issue has been fixed, you should just be able to run the app and either show all files and get them that way or use the file and folder options. (Version 1.7)

JOKER84 We fixed the problems with Leopard compatibility. It should run fine on both Tiger and Leopard now. (Version 1.7)

JOKER84 Alright. You guys have every reason to be upset with the app. However, in my opinion, to react in that way was unnecessary. I understand your frustrations, but that was a little out of hand. We have fixed the problems and it should work fine now. (Version 1.5.1)

JOKER84 Wow. This is really interesting. Nothing was changed with regard to this issue from version 1.4.3 to version 1.5. If anyone else is having this issue, please speak up...we tested versions 1.4.3 and 1.4.4 on a MacBook Pro running 10.5.2 and they worked fine, but we'll test the new version ASAP. (Version 1.5)

JOKER84 ITS NOT A PONY! No, in all honesty it is due to my lack of experience in Disk Utility. The problem will be fixed with the next new update to Houdini. (Version 1.4.4)

JOKER84 Interesting...I'm not sure why that could be. Does the problem persist with v1.4.4? (Version 1.4.4)

JOKER84 Hmm. We just released an update that may or may not solve the problem, but the update wasn't aimed to fix this problem. After further review of the script, it appears that it should work properly. We haven't seen this error occur in Tiger or Leopard, so we aren't sure what the problem is. If v1.4.3 works, we'll just call it good, but if it doesn't, tell us, and we'll see what we can do. (Version 1.4.3)

JOKER84 Oh, I understand...the icons are faded. Yes, the icons will appear that way in Show All mode...but they appear that way in Hide All mode too which is strange. If you go to Get Info, do the icons shown for the files/folders appear hidden or normal? (Version 1.4.1)

JOKER84 What system are you running, Tiger or Leopard? It has been tested on both, but much more thoroughly on Tiger...and you say that your folders are hidden in the default system mode? Do they have a period before them or not? Is it possible you accidentally used the application to hide these folders? (I realize there is almost no possibility of this, but I can't really think of other solutions.) (Version 1.4.1)

JOKER84 Hmm...you are right about the "File" button-I fixed this, just a simple error. Sorry about that. However, the file dropping feature appears to be running fine for me...does anyone else have this error? (Version 1.3)

JOKER84 Sorry for not including feature ideas for the developer... here are a few. 1) Maybe a feature to be able to change the name of the folder you save to. 2) A feature to be able to put different file types in different folders. 3) A feature to have the app automatically create a folder every specified period of time. (I know you can do this in iCal, but it would be nice to have it all contained within the app.) This is a great app though. (Version 1.0)

JOKER84 Round Up is a simple little app that works well. Cleaned up my desktop in a hurry, and keeps it clean with ease. Could use more features, though. (Version 1.0)
