Go to you applications folder, open the SRS Labs folder and choose the uninstall option. Then goto http://downloads.srs-store.com/SRSiWOWMAC.dmg and re-download the program and install it. If this doesn't get iWOW working it is because you were running version 2.0 that you purchased from macupdate.com, because it was purchased there we wouldn't have your email address in our system thus renders you ineligible for the update. If this is the case please email me at macupdate@srslabs.com with your registration number so that i can add you into our system and I will make it so that you're eligible for the upgrade price. Version 2.0 and older versions are not compatible with Snow Leopard.
