JLEETJ  Thanks for the reply. I've already changed the "Open With" setting, the files even have the Zipeg icon associated with them now, but they still get extracted after double clicking... :( Seems like Stuffit won't let go...

JLEETJ  Exactly what I've been looking for for a long time! I have a question, though...I've associated all my zip files with Zipeg, yet when I double click the files, they still extract immediately instead of opening in Zipeg, any way to correct this?

LEO KUZNETSOV  Dear Johnatan, please check your particular file association (Info in Finder / Open with settintgs - it may be that this file is still hijacked by creator e.g. StuffIt expander). If this is not the case please contact support@zipeg.com for further investigation. Application Services default role handler is still relatively new for OS 10.4 and I wonder - may be Zipeg is doing something incorrectly.

Would appreciate your help very much.

Regards,

Leo
