JIMDKC  Mine was doing that too. Try setting the CPU to 68030 (NOT 68040) and uncheck "with FPU".

JIMDKC  I can see charging for upgrades from 3 to 4... BUT,,, you should at least still allow 3.x owners to downloade the latest 3.x version! To not do so sucks!
