hi - i downloaded this update for my intel imac and now it appears that i am unable to run VMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/) (i run vmd_linux remotely on my mac from our lab cluster headnode). It just crashes immediately after opening, with a segmentation fault. When i use strace, i seem to have errors in with GLX (as one would expect!) eventhough I have done the "defaults" update command as recommended. Has anyone else had this or a similar problem? |
