JDOBLAK >All I had to do is type in my pc number >in my co. and then my desktop would come >up. When I do this on the MAC it doesn't I do this all the time with Cisco's VPN client for Mac -- it does work on most networks; but because the Mac (well, most Macs) doesn't authenticate against AD (Active Directory), it is not normally a citizen of the domain, and you can't get away with using simple machine names like you might be able to while you are physically in the office. Try using a fully-qualified domain name as the address; for instance, instead of 'mycomputer', use 'mycomputer.domain.net', or whatever your servers are config'd to use. (Version 1.0.3) |
