JACKRIGG  I've been trying this program on an Intel Mac. It has to be one of the least Mac-like or Mac-friendly programs I've run across in a long time.

It appears to be a 4D database creation, and the database flickers processing icon down in the corner of the screen. And it's surprisingly slow and sluggish, considering it's running on a 2+GHz machine!

The windows for the different sections of the program can't even resize to a larger size to take advantage of the extra space on a monitor! And, for certain key functions, if you have more than ONE window open your data will get corrupted!

The "documentation" for the program is so paltry and incomplete it hardly even qualifies as documentation. Which means you have no choice but to contact "Customer support"... via email.

Even with specific questions, they are rather uncomprehending, too brief and not very responsive. They've gone for the better part of a week before even replying at all!

And it seems as though the developers don't have a very good understanding of actual Property Manager needs. For instance, trying to identify and track Section 8 tenants', their HAP numbers, or automating the S8 portion of the rent tied to tenant copays isn't realistically accomodated by the program.

All in all, our impression is that their Mac version is poorly implemented, very possibly seriously buggy and the product seems like a slipshod, possibly not even finished, pseudo-application that it would be a mistake to try to commit one's serious business data and operations with.
(Version 5.2)
