IRONMAN It is VERY BAD to change the processes priorities !!! Don't use it without saving all your opened documents before. Besides the fact there are free alternatives ...
It is even worse as a developper to add "renicing" functions inside their programs to boost it instead of taking time to optimize it.

IRONMAN Please note that FileMerge can do that for free. It comes with Xcode, in the utilities folder inside the Xcode base.
FileMerge is also a cocoa build unlike the one I am commenting now. :)

IRONMAN It is the only program that can encode DVD-RAM discs with several chapters and undefined audio track.
Toast or Popcorn will crash if you try to do this.
This is a new feature in 3.2.2 because 3.0.2 was crashing exactly like Toast or Popcorn.
So 5 stars again for this update, which solved a problem I had.

JESSE GROSJEAN I don't understand what you mean or why it warrents a 1 star rating. By default WriteRoom will launch into full screen mode, because that's what most people want, but you can easily change this behavior in the full screen preferences. I'm not sure what you mean about Safari, WriteRoom shouldn't be launching Safari normally.

JOHN F. What's with these guys giving these one-star ratings without really digging into an app? It's everywhere. Most don't even really explain why. Sometimes people give one-star ratings because an app won't start on their computer. Hello, when you find a bug, report it to the developer who can help you out! Instead of doing this, they give one-star ratings! If something doesn't work because you don't know how, dig into the manual, or ask the developer for help! Giving a one-star rating because you are lazy is simply lame. Making it a comment is okay, of course. I wonder why these people even bother putting in a "review" on Macupdate.

IRONMAN It can be very useful, but I find the GUI a bit ugly (for instance the numbers on the left of the items). Also, $12 seems a bit expensive for a cb manager. Nevertheless, it helps increasing productivity.

IRONMAN very interesting
good points:
graphics, gameplay and sounds are fine (though I am not a fan of hardrock music)
bad points:
seems too easy and the main menu is not polished enough (main menu looks unfinished)
nevertheless, it is a very good start, though a bit expensive ($ 15 instead of $20 ?)

IRONMAN Excellent stability. Way better than Phoenix Slides which freezes on my Intel Mac. But please, Mary mother of God, make a default path to the picture folder so we don't need to select it at each launch. It's annoying. Other than that, it's the best slideshow freeware I've seen so far (at least for Intel Mac).

IRONMAN It works pretty well and it's well-designed. Time-saver utility and very easy of use. The quickest to open applications and folders. However, $ 15 is way too much. $5 for 1 license and $10 for unlimited would be more apropriate.

IRONMAN I have been using this software for a long time now on PPC, and it had always been great. Just tested out on Intel Mac, and the encoding performance is hard to believe. 1 Gb of VOB files (personnal movie into a TS folder), high-quality video and audio converted to Avi/DivX. Guess what ? It takes less than 3 minutes to encode (Intel iMac Dual Core). Resulting file is exactly as I expected. Highly recommended. A must-have freeware, like VLC. And the DivX tools work great (cutting tool is very useful) thanks a bunch for this !! (great freeware.. thx)
