INCANUS Just to follow up on this, the customer first contacted me on June 7, saying the license had been delayed after two days of non-receipt. The instructions on the website were not followed properly, which is the reason the license did not get mailed. Within a day after that, this review was posted. So I only had a day to respond after being notified, during which time I was traveling (it was a Sunday). I responded the next day (Monday, June 9) with the license info, as well as an apology for the delay and an explanation of a glitch in the website that should have provided the license instantly for download, as well as by email had the instructions been followed. I don't mean to sound curt or upset; I would just like to respond to the above with the details and my good faith efforts to recompense the customer. (Version 1.0) |
