IFFY  Err... Ok.. Answering my own question, an OS X license does _not_ allow you to use it on Windows.

IFFY  Wrong. This is not a Java app... From the website, "..based on XUL, XBL, and XPCOM, plus our own for Python and JavaScript." In other words, it's based on the same technology as Mozilla and Firefox and written in Python and JavaScript.

It's a promising tool that gets better with every release...
