HUGTOM  Just what I was after- a neat drawing window that allows me to handwrite, annotate images and trace over bits of the screen. Smooth and responsive using a Wacom tablet. The 'tracing paper' option (look for the little slider in the top right of the window) that allows you to trace over the screen without picking up the background is genius- it fits my illustration workflow perfectly.
