MERRIMAC  The reason for the key/license system is that there is also a Pro version available for purchase ($16) with some enhanced encryption functionality. See:

DP8  Most likely, you are hiding or blocking the referrer when you are browsing (various security programs enable this for "private" browsing).

In order to download apps hosted on MacUpdate servers, they need to come from macupdate.com domain names. So if you block the referrer URL, it can't see that and loops you back. This is to prevent extreme bandwidth costs from direct outside linking.

Try disabling the referrer blocking - or contact me desktop@macupdate.com and I will be glad to help you out.

HIGHERTERRAIN  I installed it and is working fine on mine and I installed SL on Sat. I know for a fact that in earlier versions that a permissions problem cropped up and mine would'nt work and I spent countless hours trying to get it to work after suggestions from the author but to no avail, so I quit using it until recently and when I did it worked with out any input from myself.
