HELPME  I couldn't be more pleased! After accidentally losing my iTunes Library this week, I've been in a panic to find a way to recover it by downloading my iPod to my Mac. Apple was certainly no help and several independents with software had complicated directions and didn't work for me. Not only was Ollie's iPod Extractor free (I was happy to VOLUNTEER a $15 donation) but it did ALL of the thinking for me. I recovered over 1500 songs! Thanks.
