HEDGELAND  Excellent, excellent program. The easiest way I've ever seen to do screencasting, Mac or PC. And the ability to either save locally or upload instantly to their web hosting service is just awesome.

HEDGELAND  I have Synk 5.x and it is excellent. This version is nice because it has the "ZeroScan" feature which basically creates "smart" backups by determining what really needs to be backed up rather than scanning each file and comparing dates or size or whatever. Definitely worth purchasing if you're looking for a backup solution.
