50% Sorry: I was still using v1.1. With 1.2 the "hand" is back, but the transparncy is still here.

Very nice, but now with Leopard it shows some artefacts (no "hand" for the wireless keyboard), and if only one device-mouse or keyboard- is selected, half of the widget is transparent.

Works nice for me. But the current version is 1.1, as stated on the developers site, not 1.4.

Well, for me it works. Both French and Spanish.

Sounds interesting. Did anyone try it with not native English speakers?

As the developer writes in his blog:

There is a known bug right now dealing with accents and unicode characters in song files.

If the artist or album contains a UNICODE character you will see the following AppleScript error:

Can't make alias "..." into type string. (-1700)

and

NSContainerSpecifierError (2)

I've had a hard time getting this bug fixed. The work around, is to only select songs for download that don't contain these errors.

So if you see an AppleScript error, check the song it was on and see if it contains any extended characters.

This release solves a problem I had on an Intel iMac 24'. I could not open Reader 8.0 within a Normal user account. It always wanted to repair/install something, and even if I allowed (via admin authentication) it worked only until I logged out. Now this behaviour is solved and it works!
