SRS iWOW	Sep 15 2007	GURUBEZ Its incredible, I bought the PlugIn in March 2007, now I ve changed my computer and it asks me for a serial because mine it has been used to often...(The second time I d like to use it) Well I have benn on the website and: - TRYING TO GET A NEW SERIAL IST IMPOSSIBLE (TELLS ME THAT I DIGIT THE WRONG PURCHASE DATE, BUT ITS THE RIGHT ONE!!!!) - I WROTE FEW MAILS WITHOUT ANSWER!!!!!! FORRIE I'm having similar problems; and despite trying to contact SRS-Labs for support, I get no reply (which makes me very angry, since I just purchased the product).

I observe that as of iTunes 7.4.1(2), iWOW will not load. Even if you reinstall after rebooting the it still doesn't load.

I'm at a loss as to why this happens.

Are there any other alternatives to iWOW which would be more useful?

To reinstall should be possible, delete the plugin and the .plist and it should work

FORRIE Don't buy this plugin. Use Plantronics' stuff, the sound quality is far superior.

DOCTOR INFINITY If you already have a serial number for version 1, you'll need to purchase an upgrade for version 2....its $12. http://www.srs-store.com/store-plugins/mall/iWOW-plugin.asp

Looks like the purchase price for first time purchasers has been upped to $30, but for a "limited time", the price is still $20.
