FRIK I am a customer of Voila, but hates the app more every day. Voila support team is very responsive, but their support is totally useless. For example, I email them about an issue where the screen shots are impacted by their application adding a shadow to the screen. To do this, I drag the images from Voila to the Mail application. Then they email me back blaming me that I did it wrong. Yes, it cannot be their application... I send them the wrong version of the images and therefor they cannot read it. What use is an application if the attached images are not readable? And... there is no other way to do it when you need to attach multiple images to an existing email. Another example... you want to upload a screen shot to a web site. No luck... you better find the image in the file system and then upload it. You would think they would make it easy to directly find the image. I have put in this feature request almost a year ago... They don't understand why it is important and they don't care to find out. Don't waste your time and money with Voila. There is no customer focus. (Version 2.1) |
