FRIBHEY  ALSO, Photoshop CS3 won't run with linotype fontexplorer running. if i quit fontexplorer then photoshop runs fine.

there's a thread iver on apple's forums with others who are having the same issues.

FRIBHEY  linotype fontexplorer doesn't play nice with 10.5.2, safari hangs and crashes on several sites (daringfireball, pitchforkmedia and even macupdate to name a few). the only way to get these working is to quit fontexplorer.

FRIBHEY  it does exactly what it says. this is the FREE WMV PLAYER and it allows you to PLAY Windows Media files (.wma and .wmv) in QuickTime. it doesn't say anything about being able to export or convert files to mp3. if you want to be able to save/export to another format then you have use one of the pro versions which you have to pay for. this version is just for playback.

Unison is a usenet newsreader and Synk is a sync/back app. Synk Pro doesn't stack up all all with Unison because they are two completely different apps.

FRIBHEY  get it for $53.99 - if you own toast 7 and want to upgrade then go to the update section on roxio's site and select toast 7, you will then see a link to upgrade to toast 8 for $59.99. if you add it to your shopping cart and then just let the shopping cart page sit for a little while (do not check out yet), after a few minutes a pop-up window will appear on the page that says something along the lines of "undecided, purchase now and get an additional 10% off", click ok on the pop-up window and the shopping cart will then update with the 10% - toast 8 upgrade will then only cost you $53.99
