Nice and simple. Can't seem to print though.?.

I love the concept, but it is like reading a newspaper that someone keeps stealing the pages from before you can read them. Articles are constantly replaced before you can even get to them (should stay until you decide to remove them like every other practical newsreader) and there is no way to tell consistently what is new and what has been read. Nor can you choose to mark an article read or unread. Occasionally (almost randomly) you will see a blue indicator next to a few articles, but never with complete accuracy. These are features essential to a "newsreader". Nice idea, but unusable for me at this point.

I was starting to get excited about Times, but after I took the time to set it up with my feeds it now crashes every time that I open it. The only way I was able to launch the app again was to remove the application data folder. Oh, and I just noticed it taking over 100 mb of ram right after launching. Too bad...

Nice and simple, but without the ability to paste immediately when selecting the item in the list it won't work for me. Having to select it and then paste also is too cumbersome. Any chance of implementing that as a feature?

Great update! Unless you need the complexity or security of PTHPasteboard, CuteClips is a great clipboard manager. Unlike even PTHPasteboard, CuteClips shows a nicely laid out graphical representation and description of file types as well as text. Looking forward to the final release! Keep up the good work.

Sliced bread aint got &$#% on FinderPop!!!

Thanks for such a great app!

The only app I have seen that is able to place the menu options at the top of the new Leopard menu and not buried at the bottom in a sub menu.

WooHoo!

That's great HELIOS9. Unfortunately, my experience is not the same. I have had no response to emails or here at MacUpdate and I have many apps that launch in the background. I would like to invest as well as give a better report, but the supposed Leopard fix is not working for me and no one has let me know anything.

Also, when the lock does not appear, the dialog box that you enter the password in does not come up either. You just have to type in the password blindly.

Looks like a great app, but I seem to be having one problem with it. When I lock the screen the first couple of times after launching the program, it does fine. After locking the screen a few times the lock image stops appearing and I only get the blank wallpaper. I can still click on it and enter the password, but sometimes when I click on it the screen even goes completely black. Thanks.

Great to get Onyx back in action! Aside from the occasional French mixed in with English here & there, the only thing I have found wrong is that the preference setting for S.M.A.R.T. and verify volume are mixed up. When I choose not to check smart status Onyx instead doesn't verify the volume.

Thank you very much!!

Unfortunately, I have contacted the folks at Panic about a problem and they have given no reply. I changed out my icons with a icon package from their site and now the icons for the volume drives have become stuck and will not return to their original state. If something like that does not bother you along with no support, than this might be just what you have been looking for! A disturbing experience for me. I don't guess that I will be investing.

HI,

Thanks for your reply. Now that you mention it, I don't believe that I did hit apply! I am trying it again now. It was strange though. Without hitting apply the backups were occurring, but at sporadic times. I will right back with the results. Thanks again.

I regret to say that I have now had a big problem with this app which the developer will not return my email on. It worked fine for a while, but now it has somehow left my menu bar in a state where it will not return to translucent! OK, I know that it is a BETA, but I would at least like some support for the product I paid for.

Nice app for menu bar, dock and stacks adjustment! It works well for me. One of it's most notable features is that it changes the menu bar without having to restart (the only app out so far that can do that). You simply adjust the opacity to your liking and the author has written a script that changes the menu bar and then logs you out and automatically back in! I sent my $10 and am quite pleased.

Sorry, if you simply left click instead of right and open folder it does open correctly, but it again reveals the selected folder highlighted within it's containing folder.

I am running Leopard updated from Tiger.

Thanks

I just noticed that when you right click and select to open the folder it brings up another contextual menu and then if you click it again it opens the containing folder with the selected folder highligted.

Great work!

I must say I agree with the last post on the functionality of this point.

2. At present, clicking on a folder in a menu reveals that folder, highlighted, within its container folder. That's not as helpful as it might be; it would be better if clicking on a folder opened a window showing its contents. I'd expect a Command-click to reveal the folder itself.

Thank you very much!

A very handy usefull app. Unfortunately it does not work with one of the tasks that I do constantly. I like to use the small icon at the top left of the info window to copy & paste a new icon or preview and that area in forklift is not functional. If that was an option I would invest!

I love this program! Unfortunately, this latest verson crashed repeatedly when I tried to load an .avi for recording. I reverted back to an older version 1.62u and the problem was gone. Too bad, I was looking forward to seeing the growl notifications in action! I am quite sure what ever th problem is the developer will have a fix before long. My favorite burn program period! Thanks!
