EVOLEAK i've been a (registered) user of cleanapp for about 2 years. version 2 was a pro/cons-app: pro: did find many files. cons: installations protocolling deamon used cpu heavyly, sometimes crashed, very annoying minor updates every 2 weeks. today i was very pleased to read about the free upgrade to version 3 and comments of users that the deamon would function. i tried... ... what a TERRIBLE experience: system hang up because the deamon sucked every physical and virtual memory he could get and increased his cpu-usage to 100%. ... HORRIBLE: i couldn't simply quit the deamon (activity monitor) nor did the suggestion from syniums homepage work: once quitted the deamon woke up again to eat my system! i'm very sorry to write negative comments but the problem seems not to be solved in the next time (take a look to the support-site of synium where over 1000 people were looking for help with this problem). HANDS OFF!
