WhatSize	Dec 17 2008	EPRINT This software company wants me to pay for the product twice. Not that the program is bad, but when you see the message, "The unregistered version of this software can measure up to 20 GB of data files. To lift this limit and support a small software development company you will need to purchase a license." XENOPHILE So why are you posting this help request here? Email the developer and then you can describe his customer service in your review.

Or are you perhaps a mind reader and so already know the developer wants you to pay twice for his software?

APPLEHC EXACTLY this happened to me as well. Forget about the developer, if I would put here the eMails he wrote me, tz tz....
