I have discover Quicksilver caused the window-only screenshot key combination not functioning. (Hold down Command-Shift-4, click the once, then click the mouse key to take the screenshot.) When Quicksilver activated, it would let the combination keys selected the whole screen area, instead of the particular selected open window. Disable Quicksilver would correct the problem and let the window-only screenshot functioning again. |

Maybe you should explain the problem more clearly with examples. I know this is not a difficult program to install, configure and use, because I've been use 1Password for over a year; I love it and depend on it everyday. But it's true they never properly explained to newbies on how-to "turn on" their service for browsers... |

After a few try with Baseline, I knew I must own it. Unlike other disk sizing apps, Baseline is really fast, UI pleasing to the eyes, and very easy to use. Not only that, this developer also has a good customer support. I made my purchase on PayPal, I didn't receive my license right away. I thought a license would be emailed to me in a few days. After three days, I received an email from its developer. He noticed that after I paid on PayPal, I didn't get to the license page to finish up the transaction. He asked me if I would like to contact him to obtain my license. He thanked me and hoped he could answer any questions that I have. I have used all sorts disk sizing apps, but none made such an impression like Baseline! Leopard 10.5 on PowerBook G4 Ti 1Ghz, 1Gb ram. |

This version still have the same problems as I mentioned about v0.7b3 with my Safari 3.0.4 on Leopard. I can't use search field to do any search, and as I try to type in a keyword, the drop-down menu activated right away. In the Edit window, it still has very buggy transition as you click on each tab. Some still have strange overlay problem. ON the Search Channels, the Action Menu does nothing when I click it. This also means when I add a new folder or a seperator, I can't delete them if I want to. In addition, I can't click on the Help, 1Password, and AcidSearch 0.7b4 tabs on any page. I really miss using AcidSearch. Thank you for all your hard work :) Please make it rock again. Leopard 10.5.0, PowerBook Ti G4 1Ghz, 1Gb ram, SIMBL 0.82. |

Now it works on Leopard! Thanks SLEEKDJ of your comments. However, it works differently than it's on Tiger's AirPort menu. Now on Leopard, WiFind becomes a submenu in AirPort. I am sure it must have something to do with Leopard's new icons. Leopard add lock icon next to all password-protected networks in AirPort list. It may looks similar to WiFind, but it only comes black color, and no other useful information in addition like WiFind has. I like WiFind's candy-bar icon better, and hope to see if TastyApps can make it work seamless again as on Tiger's AirPort menu. Additionally, maybe WiFind can add more things to major enhance AirPort's menu. For example: to show user's ip address, and a way to protect users when access on public WiFi on local coffee shop, etc. I don't mind to paid $20 or more to purchase a menu bar add-on, as long as it works easily as it says, none-intrusive, and always there when I need it. |

I have been using this plug-in for Safari 2.0.4, and I really miss it on Safari 3. What it does is simply an option for Safari to bring back all your open tabs from the last session. It's very handy if you like to be remind where you have been looking online last time. |

Does anyone notice about this new business with code signing each application on Leopard? I've notice Skype refuse to launch on Leopard for the second time use. Read this article, it mentions about code signing with Skype. http://homepage.mac.com/simx/technonova/C488455530/E20071107233441/ The only way to work around is to trash "used" Skype.app after each launch/quit. Get a fresh copy from DMG file for each launch. Same goes for your toilet paper, LOL!!! |

My second thought. Even though it showed up under my Google search field on Safari 3.0.4 on Leopard, but it failed to process a search whenever I type in a keyword and press Return. Also, buggy visual render with the AcidSearch Preferneces window. One page had a drop-down menu overlap with customizable Shortcut setup, which it suppose to stay on the bottom of the page; the first line text is also half-overlap by its toolbar. I still keep my five-star rating for this plug-in. It still works perfectly with my 10.4.10 Tiger. I hope the developer can fix these bugs and make it work again on Leopard. |

I like to report that I have success use Afloat 1.0 Stable Version Beta 3 (NOT Afloat 1.0b4 as list here) with Safari 3.0.4 on Leopard. Go to developer's site and you can still download the Afloat Stable Version Beta 3 on dmg. Open the dmg file, then use ctrl-click to Show Package Contents of the Afloat.PrePane file. Inside Contents>Resources, you'll find the Afloat.bundle. Drag that file out and drop into: /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/ Restart Safari3.0.4, go to Safari's desktop menubar, you'll see Afloat exist under Window>drop-down menu again! Yeah :D |

Cunning Fox use to be great and neat program on my PPC Tiger PowerBook Ti. However after I upgraded to Leopard, it's no longer working properly. Every open program shows 4095MB on their memory bar, although the main Memory indicator shows the total memory in correct numbers. I went to developer's site for more information on this. The Cunning Fox page still online, but seems like he drop the program from his store. Does this means he's no longer support this program anymore? I really hope he can make it compatible with Leopard. |

For those of you have problem with this plug-in on Leopard: 1. Make sure you have the latest SIMBL 0.82 installed inside /Library/InputManagers/ 2. Unzip SafariStand.zip. Drag out SafariStand.bundle from the unzipped folder, and put the file inside /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/ 3. Now go to your User/Home folder/Library: --Delete "SIMBL" folder inside InputManager/ --Delete "SIMBL" folder inside Application Support/ 4. Now restart Safari. 5. Go to Safari menu bar > View > Customize Toolbar... 6. You should be able to see extra buttons in the list. 7. Customize your toolbar to your heart's content. Enjoy! |

I like Gmail, Sketch Up, and other Google products. They deserve 5 stars. However, this one is bloatware. It automatically install extra things that you don't want, and once you install it on your Mac, it's hard to kill. I keep Activity Monitor alive on my Desktop and kill it, and it keeps coming back. Beware!!! Use EasyFind and Spotlight instead! |

I like the idea of this app, because I am totally a menu item junkie. Unfortunately, I don't see anything happen when I restart my powerbook when this is set as a login item, only the splash window act up. There's no document comes with the app that explains what it does with my menu items, or how it'll work inside my computer. For now, I have to trash it until the devoloper can come out the working version. |

First by install AppTrap in my Preference Panel Folder in User Library, then went to System Preferences and enable "Start AppTrap" and added it as my login item, then I dragged an application into my trash can - nothing reacts! So then I restrart the computer and see if it made any difference. Nope, no AppTrap showed. I even double checked my System Preference - yip, it's enabled. Best P2P bit torrent program for Mac, IMHO! Azureus was my main program for a while, but I find Java based UI really slow and user unfriendly. I have tried many alternatives to replace Azureus, and I finally settle for Transmission. It's simple and easy to use with attractive UI. Their Help document is well written, too. For those of you who complaints about Port Mapping error: Open Transmission, go to menu bar and click Help>Transmission Help. From there go to Index>Look up topics easily>Port Forwarding FAQ. I've got mine port figure out after I realize that my slow transfer rates was due to my firewall settings. The step is not difficult to follow, but you need a little patient to follow the guidlines. Sometimes user just have to look around thoroughly for a documented help before they start whining about "There's no help!". In this case, there's plenty. Are you listening, OBCD ADAM? |

This is the ONE and ONLY weather program that I use for the last three years! It has most well designed interface and information layout. I am so happy Add City is function again! However, I still encounter problem to add some foreign cities. Usually when the Server can't find the city, it shows error message "No Matching Cities Found." But when I try to add Taipei or Odassa, it just went blank. But I can go to weather.com and find those cities on their site. Maybe there's still bugs with some cities? However, this is still a must have menu extra for Mac OS X, IMHO! |

Thanks so much to make this theme. It's very good looking. Although I do experience some bugginess. The silver gray color for Finder and Safari looks tiled when their windows expand vertically. I also think the menu bar was a bit too transparent for Menu's black text to against any dark wallpaper. Other then that, it's a perfect theme :) |

Reinstall SIMBL 0.8, and disable all incompatible InputManagers' bundles (SIMBL plug-ins for Safari), and restart Safari 3 beta many, many times, still, no sight of SafariStand 3.0a1...Just never show up in "Customize Address Bar..."option, Only 1Passwd's button shows up in Safari's Address Bar. So I uninstall Safari 3, go back to Safari 2 and get back all my SIMBL plug-ins. Now the old SafariStand 2 works, and Safari is become superior once again! |

Why install an extra program, when Safari has this feature already? You can email a link in Safari by press Shift-comment-I, or in Safari's menubar, go to File/Mail Link To This Page. Or better yet, try commend-I, or File/Mail Contents of This Page, Safari will open Apple Mail and email whatever web page you're on. Or do I miss something? |

Dear CJJ & Paul, I had the same problem with v3.0.5 with iTunes7.1. It changes the theme but somehow it hides my music library from showing up in iTunes. I know Aqua4iTunes did't wipe out the music library, because I can find them in ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/. So all I have to do is to replace the iTunes7.app to it's original state. I download a new iTunes7.1 from Apple and use Pacifist to extract iTunes.app from its installation package. However, I haven't use Aqua4iTunes 3.1b2 yet. I'll report if this one would work for iTunes7.1. |

I always find this app useful, and very easy of use. This app is a great organizer, and a very well designed 'shoe box'! I can save pieces of information from anywhere, online or offline, and tuck them into this app, and Yojimbo keep them organized for me. Unlike another user ZX here belived, Yojimbo never intend to become a digital diary, or a calender, although it would be a great ideas for Bare Bone to consider to include those features in the future. To me, it would make more sense to suggest BareBone to add these features to Yojimbo instead of complaint blindly on something that it's not intend to do in the first place. |

Depite the size of the game, this is not an easy game as it seems in a first glance, even after you have played two dozon times and know how to solve all the puzzles by heart; each new game is a new unique challenge. The fun part is to challenge your mind with limited time before your villagers all vanishs without cultivated the land and made enough generation. Basically, this is a desktop version of "Visual Pets"; your little villagers would carry-on their business even when your computer's off, unless you pause the game between each play. Great game! |

Unlike Mok.In.Touch, I find this little utility very useful idea. OS X's own eject.menu doesn't eject anything other than media discs, but Semulov listed every removable disc/disk ejectable. My only problem is that it cannot eject my partitioned external hard drive. Semulov keep giving error messages that it failed the ejection. I don't know if that failure has something to do with Lacie's hard drive, or just huge volumes. Other than that, it does what it says. For Mokintouch's comment: "???, ???" - After a full meal, you're waiting around to let it out in the toilet. Usually Chinese use this slang to comment the person has too much time in his hand. Maybe Mok.In.Touch trying to tell us why he posted those comments. Cheers! |

Please use Apple's Disk Utility to compress this app into a .dmg file instead. I have donwloaded SVF and it did end up with a .txt file. Everytime I delete the .txt extension and un-stuffit the .sitx file, it's end up with another .txt file with a folder called SVF. I understand the original file has 4.9MB, and use .sitx could compress it to 1.4MB. I just used Apple's Disk Utility to compress your SVF folder into 2MB, and it worked perfectly. The .dmg maybe a bit larger then .sitx file, but it'll be much easier for most people who do not use Stuffit on their Mac...Just a friendly suggestion... |

I have made my comments before, and seems like the devoloper has add a lot more options in this version. It's nice that Edgies has function to easy-create notes around the edge of screen, although I still think it's a bit intruding to see huge tabs hanging around the edge of screen after they been created. There's no option to hind these tabs either, and this is why I still think Sidenote has a better solution for me. Besides that, I think Edgies still very useful tool. Also, I beg people in this community; if you wants to quote someone, please quoted them right. PLEASE do not put your words in other people's mouth. A new suggestion is always nice, but PLEASE don't make it sound like it's original when other people already made them before.Piterpan, do you understand what I mean? |
