DARLA I've heard awesome reviews on this program in the Apple discussion forum but I couldn't get the program to run. Shouldn't I just be able to double click on the icon?

MACUPDATE ADMIN Darla, you double-click on the application's icon once you have placed in your Applications folder, then it appears as a menu bar item in your menu bar, from there you access MainMenu's various functions.
