Has been spinning the busy-wheel on my MacBook with DSL connection for several minutes with no end. It's configured to display only EUR/USD, EUR/AUD, EUR/CAD for Daily changes in Percent. The Forex Charts widget works fine, however. |

Quitting and relaunching NetNewsWire clears out the Downloads window even though there's no Preferences set to do this. This is a misfeature. |

1. unable to file bug report, mail bounced by minime.convergentcs.net: : host /var/imap/socket/lmtp[/var/imap/socket/lmtp] said: 550-Mailbox unknown. Either there is no mailbox associated with this 550-name or you do not have authorization to see it. 550 5.1.1 User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO command) 2. bug report: the About Stalker window shows the Version and a truncated "Update plan expires" date (missing last digit of 4-digit year) the first time it pops up, but if closed and reopened, the version and update plan expires are both blank on 2nd and successive tries. This can be reproduced reliably on each new launch of Stalker 2.0.4. |

On Macs (1-button mouse or trackpad), use ctrl+mouse to rotate or change tilt, where the documentation says to use "left mouse + drag". I don't see any instructions in the accompanying PDF documentation or any obvious way from the menus or controls to "edit" a loaded GPS track despite the description of the app. as a way to display AND edit GPS tracks in 3D. As things stand, Google Earth is, for me, still a more convenient way to display my GPS tracks in 3D. |

There's already another widget out there named "Refurb Store", at version 2.0, from widgetinfo.net |

DropCopy 1.4.7 on my Tiger (10.4.11) MacBook can't send files to DropCopy 1.4.7 on my Leopard (10.5.2) iMac. They can see each other, but the sending DropCopy always times out unsuccessfully, and the receiving DropCopy never pops up an alert for an incoming file (which it's configured to do). Both machines have their firewalls configured to allow DropCopy connections on port 5052. This problem first showed up between 1.4 on Tiger and 1.3 on Panther, and has continued through the minor versions of 1.4 |

This is a poorly written piece of software. (1) You can't install it unless you're logged in as a userid with admin privileges. (2) It installs within a folder in the Applications folder, read-writeable only by the userid that created it. (3) It creates files within that folder for its data rather than using files in the user's Library/Preferences and/or Library/Application Support folder, thus making it impossible for anyone but the admin userid that installed the app. to run it. When you do manage to get it running, you have to tell it what stock exchange to search for the item you want to add -- and it can't find some index mutual funds at all. Useless! It looks and feels like it's ported from another platform (Windows?) |

Even with a valid ISIN it doesn't work. For example, SPFIX (California Investment Trust S&P 500 index) is ISIN US1303474043. DEPOTset responds "Stock or security with symbol US1303474043 couldn't be found." I found the ISIN at financialcontent.com, not de.finance.yahoo.com. |

What does this do for $29 that you can't do with Google's free MacFUSE and the freeware MacFusion menubar utility that makes use of it? Installing them is a no-brainer. You set your favorite ssh/sftp remote hosts, then mount them as ordinary volumes, to which any app can read/write as easily as a local volume. |

I get it. The product description is misleading. The app doesn't generate elevation graphs from KML tracks. It generates graphs connecting GEarth placemarks saved together in one KML file. As such, it can only be as useful as the density of placemarks YOU add to your tracks. That's not useful for me, as it demands too much manual input. |

I don't understand how to use this app. I've tried using its File->Open... menu to open KML files saved from Google Earth and the resulting utrekGE window shows NOTHING. Clicking on the toolbar icons also does nothing. There's no built-in help and the web page is no help either. I'm on a MacBook running Tiger. |

I'm on Tiger, not Leopard. Importing from AddressBook worked up through ver. 2.8.1(? which preceded 2.9). BTW www.emeraldion.it has been down for several days, showing only a page that says Spiacente, questo sito é temporaneamente disabilitato! |

Version 2.9 seems to have lost the ability to pick up mobile phone numbers from AddressBook to send messages to! |

Installation would be friendlier if the installer app. would check whether the current userid has admin capabilities, and if not, ask for an admin userid and password. For lots of good reasons, many of us have our normal logins set to be "standard" accounts without admin privileges. |

URLs not allowed? Google's web page on sshfs for MacFUSE is at (add the h t t p slash slash colon in front if your browser requires it) code.google.com/p/macfuse/wiki/MACFUSE_FS_SSHFS |

Very nice, much more self-explanatory than Formulate and easier to use. Would be nice if it put its own document icons on documents it creates: currently you only get a blank rectangle in Finder (in Tiger). |

Garmins download server sucks. After half a day I'm only 13.8 MB into the ~56 MB download and it's stalled! |

Curious that the description says, in the "Compatible Garmin devices:" section, "ForeRunner 201 (PC only)..." There are 3rd party OS X utilities(LoadMyTracks, Link2GPS) which work just fine with my ForeRunner 201 and a no-name serial-to-USB adapter cable. |

Description says ver. 1.3.x requires Tiger (10.4) and to use ver. 0.5.3 for Panther (10.3). However, ver. 1.2.1 works fine on Panther (10.3.9). Is it the case that 1.3.x is merely UNSUPPORTED on Panther, or is it known definitely not to work? |

Anyone been able to install IE7 using Crossover? It's not obvious to me how it's supposed to go: Crossover doesn't know what to do with the .exe installer downloaded from MS's IE website...and there seem to be indications from Crossover that it's only Win2000-compatible, not XP or Vista. |

Causes sleeping iBook G3 to keep waking up. Quitting Focus Layer when sleeping cures the problem. |
