I do not know what happened to the other reviewers who hate this program so much, but I love it.

I have been using iBank exclusively since its public beta and I have no problems whatsoever.

Is it on an even par with Quicken feature-by-feature? No, it is not. But it does everything I need it to.

Download and reconcile transactions with existing entries works perfectly for me. I have no problem with this feature. I use it everyday and have not had any problems at all.

I use split transactions all the time too. Again, I have had no problems.

Check it out, there is a free trial period so you don't have to buy it before trying it. I don't understand why someone wouldn't do that FIRST.

Sorry, I was wrong about the combination to make Tagbot use multiple tags to select files. Here is the correct combination:

1. select a tag

2. hold down the command key and click on another tag to highlight both of them

3. release the command key

4. press and hold the command key again and double click on the second tag you selected

A Finder window should open displaying the files that meet the tag criteria you selected. It will be empty if there are no files with all of the tags you selected.

As far as I can tell, you can select as many tags as you want this way. I have tried up to six and it worked. You can also use the shift key if you want to select a contiguous range of tags and combine it with the command key double click as described above.

I have not bought the app due to developer abandoning it so I am limited to six tags.

I have sent three emails to the developer over the past three months and have received no replies.

I think this app is dead.

That's too bad. If they would support it, I would buy it, but without support, why would anyone pay anything?

Hopefully, someone else will write a nice light app that does the same thing as Tagbot.

It collects the tags you use, keeps them in a list and allows you assign and sort by them easily--even on multiple tags when you use the the command key to multi-select tags (then hit return).

It was a great app. RIP Tagbot.

This version is working great for me, no crashes, but I am concerned that the Big Robot website has not been updated in 5 months.

This is a great little app. Please don't abandon it.

This little app is great. It is lightweight and does what it says it does. With iTunes, internet radio is an after thought and clumsy at best. FStream makes it easy and effortless.

If you love internet radio, download this app.

This is the best recipe database app I have found. Its best feature in my opinion is the ability to import recipes from a web page. The drag and drop simplicity of its import system is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. I regularly import recipes from the The New York Times and other web pages without worring about mistyping or getting amounts or instructions wrong.

And the full screen cooking view is a godsend. It disables your screen saver and creates a full screen recipe view that makes it easy to read and follow the recipe while cooking. I take my MacBook into the kitchen all the time to use this feature when preparing meals.

I love this app. Well done.

I just checked the logs and there was nothing there for iclipboard. I don't know if it got erased by hazel when I removed the app or not.

I have reinstalled iclipboard because of other reported good experiences and it seems to be behaving better. There are still features that do not work for me and others that are working sporadically.

I really do want to have this work for me. I think you have a better approach to the extended clipboard than other products do. But, obviously, stability and consistency are needed for me to add this to my work flow.

OK, forget it. I have uninstalled this app for the last time.

After running for 15 minutes it crashes and burns. I had to force quit it and I am through with it.

This is alpha-ware folks, not even beta yet.

I hope that they can work this out because it does have promise, but it is terribly unstable and not suitable for any workflow.

My review below was based on too quick an assessment and I apologize for posting it without further testing.

OK, I give Chronos big kudos for promptly fixing the problems I listed in my last review. However, there is at least one new problem, while not a show stopper is a pain. If you are not really careful when editing the projects screen it will collapse into the side of the screen and it does not spring back out when you mouse over it.

If you are using the default right side this makes it impossible to close the editing dialog box. You have to open up system preferences and move the iclipboard to the left side in order to close the dialog box.

Chronos developers: just disable the collapsing while the editing dialog box is open and that will fix the problem.

And one feature request: please allow dragging into and out of iclipboard, that would seem to be simpler than the current system of clicking the paste button (which doesn't always show-up by the way).

Still, great response time and good work so far.

Maybe it is an Intel versus PPC problem? I don't know, but after removing the program, I now find that I can't get rid of the system preferences entry.

Great little app. Only one quibble: it doesn't start up with login although I have checked the box in preferences.

One feature request: please add a set time function to a future version.

All in all, good work.

I tried to like this app, I really did, but it doesn't work at all.

Running on my MacBook under 10.5.1 with all current updates, it doesn't do anything that it is supposed to do. The hide feature works so well that you can't get the app to slide out from the side of the screen at all. The click preview/hover preview doesn't work at all, it always uses hover no matter what preference setting you use.

And on top of it all, no matter what settings you have enabled the app will just stop working after a minute or two.

I do like the basic design of this app. If it did what it claims it will do I would buy it. I have added it to my "watch list" so that if the developers fix it I will try again.
