DJSHACK  Finally, I am able to take Quicken off my computer. That's been my goal for quite a while, but other programs--including CheckBook, iBank, and MoneyDance--just did not do it for me.

MoneyWell does everything I used Quicken for. That is not to say it does everything Quicken does. I simply used Quicken--and now MoneyWell--to track my transactions, setup budgets, and forecast my balance (based on bills and paychecks, etc.). This program features a fine Mac interface, without the nonsense of iBank, and will all the stability iBank lacks.

Finally, the developer is very responsive to e-mails, and there is also a Google Group for support. Great job!

DJSHACK  Finally a decent update. For a period of time, I was using iBank, as I could not stand the frequent crashes of Quicken 2006 (especially while the program loads). However, now the program runs quickly and is so far stable. It even loads all my data quicker than iBank (which does have some speed issues).

DJSHACK  After dealing with Quicken 2006 crashing on me, taking forever to load, and making buttons inaccessible, I decided to download and try out iBank, back when it was still in beta testing (the 2 version). 2.0 was released, and was still a bit buggy, so I continued to suffer using Quicken. However, I have downloaded the new update (2.0.1), and I am now fully satisfied. All the little quirks and bugs which annoyed me have been solved, and the program runs, performs, and looks many times better than Quicken for the Mac.
