DEREKJAB  This is really bad, even for a beta. Multiple editing doesn't work on categories or tags and I am not editing thousands of transactions individually.

Syncing with the iPod touch worked only once. Now Cha-Ching can't find the device at all.

Really amateurish project which should be buried now.

DEREKJAB  @ZZAMBONI, Sorry about that. I posted before I read your comment.

DEREKJAB  Only applications can live on the left side of the dock. If you're paranoid, you can simply had a spacer to the dock using the terminal commands:

defaults write com.apple.dock persistent-apps -array-add '{tile-data={}; tile-type="spacer-tile";}'

killAll Dock

Spaces are, to my mind, much more elegant anyway.

If you're not comfortable with the terminal, get Tinker Tool or the Secrets PreferencePane.

ZZAMBONI  I agree that spaces are more elegant. The technique to which I linked in my comment below is the same that you described in your comment.

DEREKJAB  PS I should have said if you use the terminal command you'll need to restart the dock to see the space by logging out or using the the terminal command:

killAll Dock

DEREKJAB  +1.

Too many of us locked in to 1Password to bother with Opera anymore.

DEREKJAB  I bought a licence in the hope that someone was trying to produce a decent finance app for the Mac, but looks like more wasted money.

Development is painfully slow (school is obviously taking up too much time) and the latest 0.61 is even buggier than the last with no running balance available now.

Completely unusable.

****.

DEREKJAB  I have been using this application for a couple of weeks now and am very impressed.

It is a work in progress, and therefore lacks a few killer features such as scheduled transactions and forecasting, but I understand these are in the pipeline.

I especially love the very intelligent autofill implementation.

The developer is very responsive and hopefully will keep working on the application, unlike several others on whom I've wasted registration fees.

DEREKJAB  So this is essentially a spreadsheet?

It will be interesting to see what sort of patent they manage to get accepted.
