JWDRISKELL I'm not sure about where AstoundStereo Expander installs all its components, but here are some ideas to make your digital life a little easier. First, check in System Preferences: System: Accounts and click on the Login Items tab. Make sure there are no entries in the list for AstoundStereo Expander or for GenAudio. If there is one, there are a couple of things you should do. First, right-click (or Ctrl-click) on it and select "Reveal in Finder". Delete the file. (You may wind up with a dialog asking you to authenticate the deletion. Click the Authenticate button and enter your login password.) Next, highlight the listing in System Preferences: System: Accounts: Login Items, and click the minus button at the bottom of the list to delete it. If you didn't find anything in the Login Items, open a Finder window and navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/StartupItems/ and see if there is anything in that directory which belongs to AstoundStereo Expander or GenAudio. If there is, delete it. You may have to authenticate the deletion again. (While you're at it, you may want to comb through the system preferences [Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences/] or your user preferences [~/Library/Preferences/] for a folder named either AstoundStereo Expander or GenAudio, or a file whose name begins with "com.genaudio...."). If there's nothing in the Macintosh HD/Library/StartupItems/ directory, you can look in the Macintosh HD/System/Library/StartupItems/ directory, but Apple doesn't usually allow developers to install there, so you probably won't find anything. If none of the above takes care of your purchase pop-up, there's another, more direct and complicated way to find out what AstoundStereo Expander has installed on your system, but it's,... well,... more complicated.
