My only concern with this program was whether or not it was a hack that would render the phone useless once Apple released a firmware update. But a quick trip to Ecamm's FAQ for iPhoneDrive has the answer:

"No, iPhoneDrive will store your files in the media section of the iPhone's disk, and will not change the iPhone system."

Not sure why Apple left this off the list for the iPod Touch, but for $5.95 that problem goes away whether or not Apple decides to enable the feature in the future.

I own iChatUSBCam from Ecamm, so I can use video in iChat on my Pismo, and I've never had an issue, so I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

DiscLabel has very nice iLife integration, and is a great solution if you use LightScribe. The layers feature allows you to work on images and text separate from each other easliy. Unlike Disc Cover, you can import album art (as opposed to just playlists), and you can also share your template designs with other Mac users via .Mac. Solid program all around, and you can even buy your supplies right in DiscLabel.

Saw ReceiptWallet as a MUPromo, and thought, hey, here's a program I could really use. Then I proceeded to miss the deadline for purchase, but wound up buying it at regular price anyway and have no regrets.

The interface is very much in line with Apple apps we're used to like iPhoto and iTunes, and the Smart Folder feature is a great way to organize collections of receipts. Integration with Apple Mail lets you quickly send the whole batch of receipts to whomever needs them. I also appreciate the total amount at the bottom of the screen, which allows me to quickly check whether my expense report and the ReceiptWallet total are in sync. Exporting to .csv is also very useful for me, making it easy to put the data in my business expenses spreadsheet for tax purposes.

I'd love to have ReceiptWallet fill in the fields of my expense report, but that's not what it's for. It does what it's supposed to do elegantly and consistently. If you travel, this is a fantastic program to keep track of your receipts, and in my case e-mail them in bulk to corporate. If you ever lose the paper receipts, ReceiptWallet has you covered.

These are the kinds of games I like – much more interesting than kill kill kill blood blood blood. Looking forward to the puzzles. Now if someone would just bring back Space Quest....I miss Roger Wilco :)

Very nice app - the one problem I have is that when my Mac wakes from sleep, it requires a password (for security reasons, so I can lock the screen when I step away from my desk). When the alarm time comes up (when I'm on the road), the music starts, and the login screen appears, but after a few moments, by default the Mac will go back to sleep, so the music stops.
