Chax	Dec 12 2005	CYBERGOOBER Nice add-on, but I had to disable it after a while. It made it where I could not type into the text entry field in chat windows. I don't know if it was a problem with the add-on, or a conflict with one of the other iChat plugins I'm running (iGlasses and PowerBoost) I will not rate it at this time. (Version 1.2)		0

ANONYMOUS That would involve opening iChat and editing its resources. I would not be against this for Iridium v2. But, for now, I think Iridium has come to a good stopping point.

SAGEFIRE Yes, you could "sudo killall Dock" but it is easier to tell people to logout :)

ANONYMOUS Sigh. Please don't adopt the Windows approach. It might be easier for you to tell people to log out, but it might not be easier for them to log out! Jeez, this is worse than those shitty Epson printer driver installers that want to quit every damned thing *and* restart the entire OS! What's wrong with a quick shell script at the end of your install?

restart_dock.command:

#!/bin/bash

sudo killall Dock

It really is a simple thing to do. Stop being so damned lazy.

ANONYMOUS Oh, there is a market for it indeed my friend. Just think to yourself how many times you were in front of your computer, dialing one of those pesky 1-800 numbers with the alphanumeric ending, and thinking "Gee, i wish i could type this number into a program to find out which numbers go along with these letters. That would save alot of time!" Your wish has been granted. 800-Say-What is here.
