Love it! Love it! Love it!

I use this with Jott.com + RememberTheMilk.com and I'm beyond super productive...if I was not the boss I would be giving myself a raise as Evernote.com is that great and finally getting my Mac and my To Do's in harmony!

GTD!!!!

Cheers

Brent

Service! Service! Service!

I sent my third question in at 9:20am this morning and by 9:31am I had a reply from the developer John. You can't get better than this folks :-)

WOW - 5 years on and waiting for Apple - I could not believe it when I stumbled upon this simple app that would sync our office iCal calendars. We've tried them all (Spanning Sync) had the highest hopes but deleted all our "custom repeats" - should have backed up better - and that cost for that mistake was over $10,000 in repeating customers striped of their reminders. So with hesitancy we tried BusySync - first with 1 calendar and when that went well we kept adding them (at 8 now with over 20,000 events spanning over 5 years) all syncing PERFECT. This app is from a longtime mac programmer and I can see they brought their excellent skills to the table to finally give us iCAL SYNCING!!!! Great app.

Just go here to get the Canoscan files for Leopard. They worked even with my LIDE30.

Path Finder is truly a wonderful replacement for Apple's Finder. It is very mature and stable (over 5 years now). It does so much and it does all of it better, way better than Apple's Finder. You will truly see what Apple will "creatively borrow" as this product is that good. Hope this review helps open everyones eyes to a great Mac product. I could go on but do yourself a favor and download Path Finder. Regards Brent.

Just and FYI everyone:

GREAT PRODUCT - WORSE SERVICE

I'm a 25 year Mac user who would like to say what a great product Parallels is. We use it at our business everyday. I'm also known by friends and family to be a very mild manner CEO. That said take my comment on service as very fair and objective - BUYER BEWARE.

Here are the emails and phone calls made (still no reply):

MAR 6/07 EMAILED TO PARALLELS - "Very disappointed. Waited on two calls for over 45 minutes to an

hour. No one helped with our paid support 13166-10.

The phone system cut out three times on your automated end before I

was even successful in getting to wait on hold. Left a message for

someone to contact us, but no helped yet. We paid $40 CDN to get help

asap (30 minutes would have been fine) - we have an accountant who

not work because of the problem in Parallels, so that was money

wasted as well while we all waited on hold to no avail.

Would like to request a refund please.

Couple emails resent but no reply...

JUN 21/07 EMAILED AGAIN - "When we purchased Parallels near the beginning of the year we did so during a promotion that included free upgrades for a year. I did keep a web page pdf I believe just incase something was lost in the unbelievable growth that the Parallels team must be under right now...We thought that would include this version 3.0 release?

As we'll we purchased a Support Incident (13166-10) and have not been able to use that because support on the phone takes 1 - 2hrs and I run out of time waiting. Could we request our refund (have been waiting since March 6th for a reply - see email below).

Please confirm receipt of this email."

Again STILL NO REPLY...as of July 19/07

I hope this helps someone at the company try to get us the service and at least just reply to our company.
