CHRYSALIS I had difficulty transferring Web Snapper from an old mac laptop to my new one. I contacted Tasty apps customer service on a weekend and received an immediate response. What I needed, but didn't have, was the license for my original purchase of Red Snapper. (The latter had been upgraded to Web Snapper free of charge.) Customer Service emailed a copy of the license to me along with detailed instructions on how to enable Web Snapper on my new computer. Everything worked exactly as I was told it would, and now I happily have Web Snapper back in my life again! If only it could always be this easy....
