CHANAK  hello everybody

cannot install skype on panther 10.3.9......i try different versions but always the same error in the crash log:

Command: Skype

Path: /Applications/Skype.app/Contents/MacOS/Skype

Version: ??? (???)

dyld: /Applications/Skype.app/Contents/MacOS/Skype can't open library: /System/Library/Frameworks/QuartzCore.framework/Versions/A/QuartzCore (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

..don't know what to do..where is this f... "QuartzCore.framework" file..? why has it disapear..?
