BOB-B  Don't know what you're talking about vis a vis losing your bluetooth. doubletwist didn't impact my box like that at all and I dint' see anything on or in it that has anything at all to do with my connectivity or bloothtooth enabling or disabling. I think you have some other issues on your Mac.

The app Installed as easy as anything else I choose to put on my mac and worked great out of the box. Synced music and videos to my blackberry storm really quickly and intuitively.
