BERTOBOX I agree with macsterdam and e_commerce. I prefer the one pane and abhor the two-pane, just my two cents. I've still to try Flow, it looks very nice. I usually swear by Cyberduck. :) (Version 1.0.3.1)

BERTOBOX Praises and Kudos to the developer of I Love Stars 2.0 This app is small, beautiful (simple interface) and does exactly what I want. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! :D After iTunesRating's demise with the arrival of Leopard (apparently they didn't work well together), I searched and searched for an update and now, 7 months later I have found it, I love 'I Love Stars'!! It's perfect for me. thanks!! I would like to request for you not to add anything to this app, I like it just the way it is. :) (Version 2.0)

Actually Star's interface is what you're describing. iTunesRating was even a tad simpler, the five dots/stars appeared on the menubar and all you had to do was rate directly on the dot/star desired to rate your song. I agree with WCITYMIKE in that it was most convenient, I truly loved iTunesRating. @ Funes Developer: Congratulations on your app, seems like it suits your needs well, I also love to rate my songs directly from the menubar. I do wish the app was more direct (ala. iTunesRating) but alas, that's no indication that other users might find your app suits their needs perfectly. :) Keep it up! (Version 0.4)

BERTOBOX after emdee's success I followed the procedure and deleted my old preferences file and still no love. I tried this on my PowerBook G4 1.5GHz and on a couple of PowerMac G5s Dual 2GHz and it did not produce any successful result… :( @gap1028, to delete your BwanaDik preferences file, go to ~/Library/Preferences/ and find the file called com.stimpsoft.bwanadik.plist and send to the trash. :) good luck! BERTOBOX meatmcguffin is correct, (i forgot to specify on my previous message), BwanaDik identifies the Local IP address but not the more important External IP, and thus, no way of notifying me of whether or not i have a 'good' signal. :) BwanaDik is a great tool, I have sent the Developer an email (haven't heard back from him yet but hopefully soon), it'll be good to have BwanaDik running as part of my LoginItems again… :) (Version 3.0.4)

MEATMCGUFFIN Depends how you mean by broken. It launches and discovers local IPs but not external IPs (Version 3.0.4)

ANONIIMOUS I have the same problem with OSX 10.5, Bwanadik gives the local IP but for the external IP it gives 'unknown'. By the way the same applies for the built-in System Preferences>Sharing>Remote login the local IP is given instead of the external one, no ssh can work. I am using in the meantime the get IP application but it's a widget, not in the menu bar. (Version 3.0.4)

BERTOBOX yeah, in fact, photoshop CS is recognizing this type of annotation as well… it shows them rotated even though physically they are still in their horizontal position. I don't exactly know why, but my guess is that they do it in order to preserve the all the metadata information intact, as well as the creation date… i'd really really really really like to see it in JView!!!! :) cheers! BERTOBOX I truly like this program, i've recommended it to all my friends with Macs. However, since installing Tiger, I notice that when i import my photos with Image Capture, and rotate them before (using Image Capture) or after importing (using Preview), JView doesn't reflect the 'virtual' rotation. :-( As it happens that many times i'll have quite a few pictures rotated, this becomes a nuisance to use. Is there a way a setting could be added in the preferences, to where we choose whether or not we want JView to 'recognize' these type of virtual rotations? I say 'virtual' because in effect, JView is actually rendering the picture correctly, i believe that Preview only makes a 'note' that it should display a certain image rotated, and thus not actually rotating it physically… Well, thanks again for a wonderful free application, i've been using it since Jaguar (Version 2.0a)

BERTOBOX Very Cool!!! It does what it says, it doesn't crash, very simple to use. I missed Quicktime's PictureViewer in OS X and this is definitely the better upgrade… Congratulations on an excellent job!! The slideshow feature is excellent too… gives great control of what one needs. It should be mentioned that it reads PSD files just fine too. (Version 1.9.2)
