@Hendo : I don't get your argument… This have nothing to do with feelings. Even if I would allow you to use freely my graphic elements, I would never allow you to lie publicly about who did them, disrespect me or claim in the about box it's your design. You say nothing, you write nothing, but you don't take credit for something you only have the RIGHT to use, not the ownership. There is a big big difference between "rights to use" and "intellectual propriety". The intellectual propriety is inalienable, and can't be sold. That's the point. |

@Sophie: I can guarantee you the lawsuit was not fake. I just didn't had the heart to sue you, because in you emails you seems like you are not rich and I didn't want the hassle of legal procedure to claim my rights. I think I did wrong to be kind now. See, you now agree that I contacted you first, and that I initiated our collaboration. So you obviously lied in the interview. This email was the last desperate answer to all the hate (lies, discredit, etc) you made me suffer. I though you would just stop hating me if I was saying what you wanted to hear. But instead of that, you continued to lie. Please guys, download CoverSutra 1.2.1 and read the About Box. In the light of these new informations, read again the interview. She removed everything that was related to me on her Flickr (credited icons sketches and UI elements), on her Twitter (I assume on some tweets my credit was too obvious), on her blog (the vinyl case post, the only one where I ever been credited), she just "erased me", but kept all my work and my ideas in the app… Isn't it that "trustworthy" ? I worked freely, you promised me allot of things (should I post here all your transcripts too?) and then you "changed your mind" (note the quote). So yes, I had changed my mind since this email too, and no contract forbid me to do so. You wanted to take everything and run? I disagree, and yes, you will hear about me as long as you will try to discredit my work and lie about me. Call that stalking if you want, but I call that "Intellectual propriety's protection against liars and thief's". So again, please remove everything I did in your application "CoverSutra" today, along with everything I did on your website. And do it now. Oh, you want to keep the benefit of all my work, but lie in the interviews to keep all the credit for yourself? Or you keep both, or you get rid of both, you choose, now. Is that clear enough or should I follow the legal way again? Do you really think this email have any contractual value? You will have to share sales revenues, buy me the promised iPod and code me the promised Icon Store if you want to keep the right to use my files. Until then, remove your application download link. Period. PS : I'm really sorry for Louka, this is way off-topic, and I think a moderator should clean up this thread, or move it to the CoverSutra's page, where this public discussion have his place. |

@Eric B. : Yeah, I read this interview, and I'm afraid this isn't strictly the truth. She was a bit carefree with the credits in this early interview : http://wordpress.macoholic.de/?p=1176 I have evidences (mockups, emails and iChat transcripts) about the fact I'm the initiator of this app. Please check with her and ask her why she lied. iTuner: I don't think you know the real story of CoverSutra. I'm the one who had the original concept and did all the design work of the app. Now, she keeps using and sell all my design even if we had allot of troubles and I asked her to remove my (free) work. At least TotalTunes Control's developer haven't steal anything. |

OMG never though OneButton FTP would ever reach even 0.2! Really looking forward to try it in daily jobs! At first sight, it doesn't look different from 0.1.1 The first actual test I did is edit a remote file with SubEthaEdit, and I didn't had colored syntax because the file was not recognized as a .html (because of a random string after the .html extension). I will try it further before a review, but I'm already very glad to see this great software developed! |

Or you can activate Spotlight, and type "tim" + enter. This is usually enough to launch Time Machine ;-) |

I understand your point about trying to make some well deserved money with iPalette (which I love). But I think it would be a smarter move to maintain only one application, to let us customize the number of color wells (yes, some projects need 3 colors, some others 60…), and to charge something like $5~10. My 2 cents… |

2 comments on the same app, 2 wonderfull notations with very well known features… Are you the developer puppet ? Someone at MacUpdate should verify this, cause even if I don't want to judge this software, it doesn't deserve an average 5 stars… |

Photoshop can act like that too, since we have a hand tool to *scroll* Who really use scrollwheel when working on big images ? By the way i agree with you about the OS9ish interface ! |

Between all the note taking and note managing utilities, this one stand out. I recommend this app too. |

wow, just have everything i wanted. Desktop level artwork at any fixed size, volume control, and rapid rating access. Stable but use a little bit too much processor i think. Kudos to the developper ! |

Unless you have a .mac account, when you use Mail.app, the sent mails are stored on your computer. Using gmail with online compose windows store the sent mails on your online account, so they'll be available everywhere you check them. For me it's more than useful. |

The website's check can be set for every invervals you want. This daily check is for the application's version check... |

i completly agree with the previous comment. iScobbler is NOT an iTunes plugin. Make it a real iTunes plugins and i'll be so happy since audioscrobbler/last.fm is a great service ! |

completly agree. As a webdesigner, i would love to see a perfect IE6 portage on OSX. Not to browse of course, but to work... Some peoples surely use it to connect on "IE only" website too. Don't flame this software, just understand the purpose ;) |

strange. Few ftp server i use only allow 1 connection at the time. When i want to upload something i have to disconnect before dropping file or folder on the window. Same for download. But cyberduck reconnect to refresh the listing. It make use of some ftp server very very annoying. For them i use OneButtonFTP which work very well on. Can you see what you can do ? Do you need more informations ? Thanks |

You need to activate full screen mode in iTunes to make toScreensaver work. Now it work perfectly :) |
