AMAKE  I'm very disappointed that they removed the non-profit licensing option. I understand why they are doing this, but I just can't bring myself to buy a license when there are other good, free alternatives like TextWrangler. If you don't need SubEthaEdit's collaborative features, I suggest you give TextWrangler a try.
