ALEXC  If there is a memory leak related to JavaScript, then this is not in iCab, it must be in Apple's WebKit, which is the rendering engine that iCab uses. You should send a bug report to Apple because of this. In case you're not yet using the latest version of Mac OS X you may consider updating your system. A newer Mac OS X release which includes a newer WebKit release might already fix the memory issue.
