ABNORMAL  I did not try to launch the application. I am saying that when I launch AN application - any application - it screws up my whole system. The problem started when I installed this thing.

ABNORMAL  Using incorrectly?

All I did was install it, I never used it.

ABNORMAL  One more thing...

After uninstall, several times fixing permissions, several reboots - the problems are still there...

JUBEI_KIWAGAMI  Your using the application incorrectly. You should retract your message since you did not follow the instructions from the developer on how to use this application.

LOKHEED  That's because fixing permissions NEVER recovers a system. Fixing permissions doesn't actually do much (if anything) for system integrity... its only service is for security...

It's a shame that nearly everyone is made to believe that fixing permissions helps stabilize or recover a system...

ABNORMAL  Yes, it Jacked up my Apple, alright.

Fixed permissions, restarted holding shift, installed, fixed permissions.

When I try to launch an application, several other apps open also. Force Quit works eventually, then my desktop and menubar are all screwed up. All of my icons are bunched up and some icons do not work. I reboot, fix permissions, and the problem persists.

Finder is screwed, DragThing is screwed, my profile is screwed.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS UNLESS YOU BACK UP FIRST. Better yet, don't install it at all...

iMac 17' Core 2 Duo 2GB, 3GB RAM 10.5.4 (it was working perfectly until I installed this virus)

JUBEI_KIWAGAMI  What do you mean launch the application? You use it in Single User Mode. Reboot and hold the the command and letter s. When you see the command lines come up, you can follow the instructions from there. You don't launch it in the finder.

KLKTRK  There is a related (looks like) bug report here: Maybe add your info there: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2042919&group_id=79562&atid=557034

ABNORMAL  I have to agree with FOCUSSTUDIO. I have tried DreamWeaver and I have written my own code. Nothing comes close to Freeway when it comes to publishing professional, original sites painlessly. I use RapidWeaver for my blog, but I can't imagine using it for a website - especially one that I expect to get paid for designing.

ABNORMAL  I love this app. I travel globally, and a lot of times there is very little bandwidth. This is perfect for my needs.

...A little pricey, though.

BRUCE POPOVICH  Kind of like Drop Drawers, which was always my favorite but has been discontinued. I now use DragThing, but I don't like it as much.

I think I'll get this...
